Initial Contact
The first contact you have will be with David Stritch, the proprietor of WindowPro External Cleaning. An appointment will be made at a mutually convenient time to allow one of our professionals to meet you on site to assess your cleaning needs.
We have a wealth of knowledge and experience and will offer our expert recommendations on how to achieve the most desirable results.
We will also discuss access arrangements with you so that you do not have to be on site when we carry out the agreed work.
First Clean
For our window cleaning service, we aim to undertake the first clean within two weeks of the initial appointment, with subsequent cleans taking place at agreed intervals.
For pressure washing, we aim to be on site within 7-10 days, but cannot guarantee our availability.
Should you require assistance sooner than this, please contact us as we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Cleaning Schedules
Flexible Schedules
We work to a flexible schedule which means we can perform subsequent cleans only as frequently as is deemed necessary.
We strongly believe that continuity is a key factor in building strong relations with our customers, so only one professional will be assigned to your job for the duration of your contract with us.
Appointment Arrangements
As we do not work to a strict schedule, it is not possible to give you an exact appointment time.
However, the evening before we are planning to attend, we will send you a text message so that any agreed access arrangements can be put in place.
