We have the tools and techniques to effectively clean any hard-landscape surface. If stubborn stains remain after the initial pressure wash, we will follow this up with a chemical wash if appropriate to do so.
What’s more, we are qualified to deal with weeds and hold the PA1, PA6 and PA6aw weed-killing certificates.
Regular Cleaning
We take immense pride in our work and perform every job as if we are doing it for ourselves. We will take the time to assess your patio before providing our recommendations on achieving and maintaining the best results.
A regular clean will help to preserve the life of your patio and we will suggest a cleaning frequency that takes into consideration a number of points, such as where the patio is situated and how often it is used.
Moss & Algae
A patio that is on the north or east side of the property will be exposed to less natural sunlight than a patio that is on the south or west side.
This creates an optimum environment for moss and algae growth which is far from ideal, as moss and algae are not only unsightly but have the potential to cause irreversible damage and must be kept in check.
